This week I want to share a great delicious dessert I made a few weeks back.
Chocolate Mousse with homemade whipped topping.
First for the
1 Cup Chocolate Morsels
1/2 cup of whole milk
3 Egg Whites
3 tbsp of Sugar
Heat the milk and sugar together. Do not let boil. Remove from heat and let sit for a minute or two. Place the chocolate morsels in a blender and blend until they are tiny pieces. Pour milk mixture over chocolate in the blender. Blend well together. Add egg whites and blend for about a minute. Let sit in fridge for 3 hours. Then serve.
1 Cup of heavy whipping cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Place ingredients in a bowl and blend until the mixture can form a peak.
